Tax Waiver
Provide the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver form at check-into request tax exempt status.
Hotel/Motel Name = The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa
Hotel/Motel Address = 71333 Dinah Shore Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA, 92270
Occupancy date = dates you will be at the hotel.
State Agency Name = your campus
Headquarters Address = your campus address
Provide you campus issued ID.
The form and a copy of your ID will be sent to the City of Rancho Mirage who will either approve or deny the request. If approved before check-out, the folio will reflect the change. If approved after check-out, the adjustment will be made and a new folio issued.
