Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions

Cancellations

All registration cancellation requests must be received on or before April 30, 2024 and are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Requests must be sent via email to registration@csuarc.org with the subject CSUARC 2024 Cancellation Request.

Refunds

Authorized cancellation refunds received by April 30, 2024 will be processed after the conclusion of the conference, before the June 2023 year-end close. No refunds will be authorized after April 30, 2024.

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed without additional cost. Registration substitutions will be allowed until close of business on May 20, 2024. After this date, no substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests must be sent via email to registration@csusarc.org with the subject CSUARC 2024 Substitution Request.

Additional Terms

Registration fees CANNOT be applied toward future conferences.
